2. An O's professional will come discuss your needs
3. The O's team will build a tailored plan that fits your budget
4. You approve the plan and schedule a project start date
5. We provide progress updates regularly throughout the project
6. An O's professional will do a final walkthrough with you to ensure your complete satisfaction

• $1,000 deposit to hold your scheduled start date
• Deposit (1/3 + Materials) is required prior to start date
• 50% complete payment (1/3) due at midpoint of the project (TBD)
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion after final walkthrough
