- The O's team will build a tailored plan that fits your budget
- You approve the plan and schedule a project start date
- We provide progress updates regularly throughout the project
- An O's professional will do a final walkthrough with you to ensure your complete satisfaction
Payment Schedule
- Deposit (1/3 labor + 50% of material cost of the total estimated job cost) is required prior to start date
- 50% complete payment (1/3 labor + remaining 50% of material cost of the total estimated job cost) due at midpoint of the project (TBD)
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion after final walkthrough
