Meet Our Team

Owen Baxter - President

Owen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Maine and is a proud ROTC graduate. He currently serves as an Engineer Captain in the Maine Army National Guard. With more than 20 years of experience in the trades industry, Owen brings extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise across both residential and commercial construction.

A devoted husband and father of three daughters, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, appreciating classic cars, traveling, and—believe it or not—mowing his own lawn.

Joe Gwozdz - Sales and Operations Manager

Joe brings over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, working across both the retail sector and project management. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen a wide range of residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, getting outdoors on the lake, and dirt biking with his three kids.

Cody Durst - Sales Manager

Cody grew up in Standish, Maine, and joined the U.S. Army after graduating from high school. He spent five years serving in the military, including a deployment to Afghanistan in 2011. After leaving the Army, Cody transitioned into the construction industry, where he gained extensive hands-on experience working as a carpenter before eventually going into business for himself.

His background in both construction and business gives him a strong understanding of what goes into a successful remodeling project, from the initial planning stages through completion. Today, Cody handles sales and estimating for O’s Maine, working closely with homeowners to understand their goals, develop project scopes, and provide clear, accurate estimates for their projects.

John-Paul (JP) Bilodeau - Financial Controller

John-Paul Bilodeau brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in business operations and financial management. He holds a Master's degree in Forensic Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Science. John-Paul is committed to helping clients achieve successful project outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys boating and spending time with his dogs.
